Composer — "Composer by SoFi" — sells an AI for trading. Their page says the AI creates trading strategies and executes them, end to end. Their page advertises over $215 million of automated trades a day, inside a brokerage account held with them.
Read their page closely and you will not find the step where the AI stops and asks you before a trade fires. That step is not part of the product.
We know what this class of AI does with a document it was supposed to read. We published the test, and anyone can rerun it: sixty questions over one large file, answered in full, with the evidence shown. The biggest names in the industry scored 20 of 60 and 7 of 60, and cited evidence on none of their answers. They skim, and they fill in the blanks with guesses.
A guessed blank in a chat window costs you a wrong answer. A guessed blank inside an automated trade — fired before any human was asked — costs somebody their savings.
Helena is built the other way. She reads everything, she shows her evidence, and before anything that cannot be undone, she asks. That is not a policy we can be talked out of. It is the architecture.
The test is public. Run it yourself: https://github.com/Cameron-Harrison-Interactive/alder-county-showdown-kit
